It Seems to be Back

My stomach is at it again. I'm wondering if it's something I'm eating or not eating...sheeesh! I was fine all night, but starting this morning...it's all achy and trying to head North and AGAIN...stupid me doing everything in my powers to get it back south!! Instead if just going with the flow...NO...I have to make things miserable :(
