On another note: I can't believe I sayed up until 11:30pm last night watching a STUPID police chase! This thing lasted 2 1/2 hours and I watched it...lol!!! What the heck is with Southern Californian's and their fascination to watching them...lol! I do love watching them, but this guy was cracking me up. Apparently he stole this Dodge Intrepid, then the cops tried to pull him over and that's where it all began. He drove thru a movie set (they were filming S.W.A.T. on the 6th street bridge downtown), and kept on going. Funny thing is, he was only going about 30mph on the freeways...backing up ALL kinds of traffic. They tried about 5 times to throw out a spike strip to pop his tires, and the guy avoided most of them. It was like a "cat and mouse" chase! They'd throw out a spike strip...he would stop, look at the strip...he'd creep forward...CHP would pull the strip a bit...he'd creep...they pulled...then ZOOM...he'd pass right by it without any incident. I think I'm more drawn to the media! They are so stupid it's funny! "Okay, we see the driver thru his window and he appears to be breathing heavily" Well NO SHIT Sherlock, wouldn't you be breathing heavily if you had about 40 cop cars on your ass while you are driving a stolen vehicle? "Looks as if he's having troubles inside the car due to the windows fogging up"...Uhmmm...HELLO!!! You just SAID he was breathing heavily!! He's probably breaking out in a sweat! (Either that or he was smoking all his "stuff" so that he wouldn't get slapped with a possesion charge on top of it all...lol). It was a "reinactment" of the OJ Chase...people standing on the freeway overpasses, watching as he drove by, cars parked on the side of the road to watch him pass...Too Funny!!! How did it end? Very uneventful....lol! He stopped the car on Chevy Chase Drive and just got out with his hands up! BORING...hahahahaha!!
