Mean People Suck

Why is it that only the "mean" comments are the one's that stick in your head?

Background: I'm wearing glasses right now because I have to. I honestly don't like them, and I feel like I don't look good in them. I'm totally self conscious about them and I know it's probably only me....but that's just the way it is. I've been told they look good, but in my mind I guess I think they are just saying it to be nice...lol!

Today I started going *live* on cam again...totally self conscious/paranoid about these glasses. Almost didn't go *live* anywhere, but I did. It went pretty much okay. Met MANY MANY nice guys...very friendly, curteous and just downright pleasant to chat with (and be watched by...hehehehe). However, while in chat (and in videochat with someone *live*), some guy makes a comment "Four Eyed Freak"...among some other ugly comments. Totally lost interest in having that cam on, even though the nice guys were bashing him for that comment and others he made. I did feel good when I went back and looked at the chat to see these nice guys telling him to "go elsewhere if he didn't like what he was watching". But I guess that's my beef....if you don't like what you see, just leave! Bow out gracefully....click END SESSION for pete's sake!!

Ugh...again I say: "Mean People SUCK"
