KTTV FOX 11 Los Angeles - Stories (Los Angeles-AP) -- Authorities in Los Angeles are asking for the public's help in locating a four-year-old girl who disappeared Sunday from a downtown park.

Police have issued an "Amber alert" in an effort to find Jessica Cortez. They also have released a composite drawing of the man they believed abducted her from Echo Park.

Jeez...is this just a So. Cal thing? I swear...it seems that every week, a little girl is missing! Here's this weeks missing girl. Is this happening all over too? Just seems freaky to me! What the FUCK are these men thinking? I guess it just totally disgusts me to think of what these men are doing to these inocent girls that just makes me want to puke! I wish, that when they catch these guys, that they would just chop off their "package" and let them rot in jail! SICKO'S!!!
