Depressing!

Just watched the news....Geez....Gorman is on fire, Valencia...on fire, Cajon Pass...on fire. Can you floridians start blowing really hard and send some of that rain out this way please! Then I hear that a boatload of Al-quada dudes (well 35-40 of them) are on their way to LA via Catalina Island with a bunch of weapons (like they're really going to make it with everyone on the alert)...and the FBI are searching for them. Then one of Grey Davis's guys say that it's inevitable that something will happen here in the summer time. Sheeesh...if he knows something...stop them. Apparently it might have to do with the San Onofre power plant and one other one. They're getting ready to pass out these Iodine pills to residents within a 10 mile radius. Well, there goes my summer plans to the nude beach! What ever happened to the news stories about the fireman saving the kitty from the tree?
