One good thing about this week...

The NASCAR RACES!!!. Can't wait actually...we'll be leaving perhaps thursday night to the infield of California Speedway for the California 500 on Sunday! Okay...so I'm a Nascar fan ;) You're probably thinking to yourself....."Watching cars go around and around...how boring" ...well, sometimes it is...but just that rumble that goes thru your body as they pass by...whew! I'll tell you a secret...I get goosebumps when they say "Gentlemen Start Your Engines"...LOL!! Silly huh! The infield crowd is so cool too I must add. Everybody is so friendly...like you're at a family reunion or something! The first year we took the motorhome in the infield, the guy next to us pops out of his rig and says "Hey there, I'm Mike and if my door is open and you need anything...help yourself!". Unreal! Funny too cuz the last day he still had an ice chest full of Corona's and told us "HELP!! I can't bring this back home for the wife to see!!" Cracks me up!

Otherwise my week: Kid sick and home from school, mother nature rearing her ugly head...so YES...Nascar is my excitement for this week :) Well, be sure to watch Fox Sports this weekend...I'll be in the back stretch, in the infield...checkered flag bikini ;) Maybe even Robby Gordon will cruise on thru (That's his tradition, going thru the infield on a golf cart). Hey, I can dream can't I?
