What a weekend!!!

Sorry, haven't blogged in a bit! Well, Friday night...what I had my suspicions of...was true! Hubby and friends threw me a surprise birthday party at a restaurant. I have NEVER been so embarassed before in my life!!! When hubby and I walked in...all my friends started yelling and clapping and the entire bar turned to stare at me! I wanted to turn around and run out that door so fast! Yes, I'm shy! Hard to believe huh? I couldn't believe it! 40's thingies were hanging from the ceiling, they had this poster up which had pics of me from past to present! Just when I thought the comotion was dying down, up pops the DJ asking "Where is the birthday girl" really loud over the mike! I was conveniently hiding behind a pillar until a friend decided that he was going to push me out to the dance floor! I couldn't fight him because he was stronger than me :( The entire bar proceeded to sing Happy Birthday! I must have been about 50 shades of red! Well, 6, 8, 10 (lost count) marguerita's later...I was having a blast!!! and the evening turned out to be fantastic! I can't believe hubby sprung that one on me! Well...all I can say is "Paybacks are a bitch" :) Saturday was mostly "recovery" day, but we did manage to get the hot tub all wired up and going :) Sunday was spent relaxing in there ;) Pics to follow soon :)~
